Experience Required

Mobile Revive in Westport is looking to fill a Full-Time Repair Technician position!

We are looking for someone with prior experience in cell phone and/or computer repair.

Tasks will include diagnosing and repairing small electronics including cell phones, tablets, and computers. We will consider similar job experience in an IT-related industry with a willingness to learn using our expertise and professional systems.

Requirements:
-High School Diploma or GED
-Proficient in Microsoft office & Google Sheets
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Previous electronics repair experience (1+ Years)

Tasks & Responsibilities
-Outstanding customer service skills with a strong interest in technology

-Ensure daily operational duties and weekly and monthly metrics and performance targets are achieved

-Lead with excellent customer service and a drive to make a difference in your community

-Ensure all safety, security and standard operating procedures are followed and performed

-Exemplary written and oral communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office or similar suites

-Ability to work 5 Days a week for 8 hour shifts. Typical store hours are 10-7

-Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair small electronic devices requiring manual dexterity and focus

-Complete all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with written procedures

-Must work periodic weekend shifts

-Able to pass a background check

-Must write and speak English with native fluency (Spanish is a plus)
